Medical Entrance Exams 2017 – 2018 – A List of Top 5:
NEET

Full Name: National Entrance cum Eligibility Test

Organizing Body: Central Board of Secondary Education

NEET is one of the renowned and toughest Medical Entrance Exams 2017 – 2018 which is held generally in May. It is organized at the national level with the purpose to offer admissions to the medical courses in the top level universities and colleges of the country. This is objective examination with 180 multiple choice questions. The time span to solve the exam is THREE (3) hours. The exam comprises three sections namely Physics, biology and chemistry. The exam comprises of the multiple choice questions in which multiple choices are with only one possible answer.

AIIMS MBBS

Full Name: AIIMS MBBS entrance exam

Organizing Body: AIIMS, New Delhi

AIIMS MBBS is another renowned and deemed examination which is usually scheduled in the month of May every year. This exam is hosted by the AIIMS with the purpose to offer admission in the MBBS courses. The AIIMS is the computer based entrance test and considered as the toughest entrance examination. 3 hours and 30 minutes will be provided to solve the exam. The exam is conducted in two shifts i.e. morning and afternoon. There will be total 200 questions. AIIMS MBBS is objective in nature with multiple choices and only one correct answer.

KEAM Medical

Full Name: KEAM Medical entrance exam

Organizing Body: CEE, Kerala

Another top level Medical Entrance Exam 2017 – 2018 is KEAM Medical which is generally conducted in the month of April every year. This entrance exam is organized to grant admission in the medical colleges of Kerala. It is conducted in the offline mode. The medium of the question paper shall be English. The exam paper will total 120 questions. The exam is objective in nature which comprises of various multiple choices with only one appropriate answer. Negative Marking of 1 mark is applicable for the wrong answers.

KCET Medical

Full Name: Karnataka CET Medical entrance exam

Organizing Body: KEA

This is the state level medical entrance examination which is organized with the purpose to grant admissions in the medical colleges of Karnataka. The exam is usually held in the month of May every year. KCET medical is the offline mode examination and the aspirants need to bubble the answer in the machine graded OMR sheet. There will total 180 questions in the exam paper. The exam will be objective in nature. There will be three sections in the exam namely Physics, chemistry and biology.

MHT CET

Full Name: Maharashtra common entrance test

Organizing Body: DTE, Maharashtra

MH CET is another most popular Medical Entrance Exams 2017 – 2018. This state level entrance exam is usually held in the month of May every year. MH CET is the offline mode examination in which the candidates have to mark their answers on the OMR sheet. The questions of the exam paper are objective in nature. The medium of the paper shall be English, Marathi and Urdu. MHT CET measures the candidate’s ability in three sections which includes Physics, biology and chemistry. The exam is held with the objective to provide admissions in the medical colleges of Maharashtra
